Revved Up Valentine Cards

Valentines Day is less than a week away. Are you ready? I have such a fun time planning and preparing special valentines for my kids to pass out to all their classmates and this is the first year for me and my youngest to do this fun activity together.

I wanted to do a candy-free card because they are having a party filled with treats galore and a few classmates have allergies. During my planning stage, I received an exciting email from Tiny Prints giving me a $20 gift to do with as I choose! They have some of the cutest, unique classroom valentine cards and I knew we would find one that he loved.
My son loves cars, trucks, basically anything that provides transportation so when he saw the Revved Up card, we knew this was the one. We personalized them by adding a picture of him inside the wheel of a bulldozer that we took at the state fair last year. It adds a special touch to this car themed valentine.

His cards turned out so cute and I can't wait to see him pass them out to all his friends! We also went to Lowes this weekend and built a 'Love Note Holder' which we will be using as his valentines box to collect all his cards in.

My kindergartner will be practicing his handwriting skills writing on all these valentines. How's that for sneaking in some extra practice! So I am off to help him spell out his friends names. See ya soon!
