Year in Review: 2012

Happy Monday! Here we are the last day of this year. Most of us are spending this day reflecting and gearing ourselves for a fresh new start. This year has completely flown by and it is interesting to look back at what was accomplished, endured and overcome.

My family has had many great moments this year. My hubby defended his thesis on his colon-cancer research, graduated with his PhD and forever became Dr.J! My baby M started Pre-K, this marked a special milestone of all my kiddos being in school! My big girl L made first chair for the seventh grade violins and Lil J's soccer team was undefeated!! Go Boost!

I started this little ol' blog in September! This was a big step for me and it has been absolutely wonderful documenting my life, projects and recipes. Here are my top 4 blog post!

Blogging is really refreshing for me. It's my creative outlet, my way of documenting my life. I love photography and I have learned so much from taking pictures of what some might call mundane. To take something as simple as a cookie and try to capture its beauty and taste is a special art, one that I have grown to appreciate.
