Weekend in Review - Farmers Market

Happy Monday! I hope you had a lovely weekend and made good use of that extra hour! This was a low key weekend for me and my crew. I took Tiffany's advice and ventured to my local farmers market to hone in on my photography skills. Photography has a special place in my heart and I am still learning how to use my big girl camera.

I experimented with manual mode and it will take me some time to get use to that, I usually shot in automatic. I have to learn more about aperture and shutter speeds, you know things like ISO. I am considering taking a photography course.

Besides practicing, I met some lovely and interesting people. I learned a lot about gardening, bees and cooking with the different type of produce they offered. I can't wait for my own little garden to grow! I walked away with organic carrots, kale, sweet potatoes and some creamed honey.

What did you do this weekend? See ya soon!

  2. I want to take a photography class too, just don't know where to squeeze it in. I've had a huge problem with blurriness.
    Love your photos.
